Compensation: $70K - $100K+ depending on experience

We're looking for an Experienced Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment. This role involves both field and in-house work, requiring a high level of technical proficiency and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical manuals.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations.
• Order and manage parts inventory for service jobs.
• Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Proven experience as a Service Technician, Field Service Technician, or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

This position requires a significant amount of physical labor and stamina. Applicants must be able to perform the following tasks:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access equipment in confined spaces.
• Use manual dexterity to handle tools, wires, and small components.
• Work in various environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
• Tolerate loud noises and work around vibrating machinery.
