Requirements
  • 2-8 years of engineering experience.
  • B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience using GIS as a design and asset management tool.
  • Knowledge of NASSCO, certification is a plus.
  • Registered Professional Engineer is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the work of engineers and developing and monitoring schedule and budget components of larger projects.
  • Experience leading the design team or specific design components.
  • Experience in Construction Administration, including bidding & award, submittal review, oversight of on-site engineers, and review of pay applications, change orders, and RFIs.
  • Making decisions independently on engineering problems and methods.
  • Mentoring and directing staff on technical assignments, and reviewing technical work completed by engineers under supervision.
  • Interacting with clients, and representing the firm in a professional manner.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the State Revolving Fund Program is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
