Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex projects from concept to launch
  • Manage the NPI process, coordinating activities across departments, overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to motivate high-performance teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in NPI process efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with company KPIs, analyzing BOMs for cost reduction opportunities
  • Forecast CAPEX expenditures and assess supplier capability using standard tools
  • Execute NPI pilot builds, ensuring performance specs are met and issues resolved
  • Optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance
  • Develop methodologies for cost calculations and execute manufacturing strategies
  • Stay updated with industry trends and monitor KPIs to report to senior management
