  • Collaborate with department heads, project managers, and financial officers to gather necessary information for grant submissions and management.
  • Maintain a calendar of grant deadlines and submissions.
  • Track the progress of submitted grants and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and final reports for awarded grants.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with grant agencies and funding organizations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on grant management processes and best practices.
