- BS or MS and related science discipline with 4-7 years of experience in Assay Studies
- Sample management including sample shipping and tracking
- Experience in coulometric assays and protein analytical and applying a broad range of analytical techniques (HPLC, CE, Spectroscopy, etc.)
- Proficient in Empower chromatographic data acquisition software and laboratory information systems (e.g. LIMS systeme, eLN) along with demonstrated ability to support lab staff in the use of such systems will be considered a strong plus.
- A good understanding of chemistry/biochemistry and macromolecule analytics.
- The qualified candidate will provide the analytical testing support for the Conjugation Process group.
- The qualified candidate will be responsible for general laboratory support.
- A knowledge and awareness of mechanism of action and the impact of structure on function for biotherapeutic products is desirable.
