Requirements
  • Work comfortably in Figma and a code editor, increasingly using the code editor first.
  • Have strong front-end skills in React, TypeScript, CSS, and animation.
  • Have a strong sense of build, including craft, hierarchy, and restraint, and be able to explain design decisions.
  • Explore multiple design directions before converging and demonstrate solutions rather than only describing them.
  • Prototype in hours using artificial intelligence tools without compromising quality.
  • Prefer simplicity and design for small and medium-sized business owners rather than power users.
  • Think in systems and build reusable components instead of one-off screens.
  • Be genuinely interested in artificial intelligence agents and new interaction paradigms.
  • Provide links to completed projects when applying.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with product and engineering to prototype, build, and ship product experiences.
  • Turn a single problem into several distinct, high-fidelity prototypes so the team can choose among real options.
  • Build production-quality user interface components and interactions in code.
  • Ground product decisions in first-principles thinking about solo business owners with limited time.
  • Simplify, consolidate, and clarify the product experience for non-designers and non-technologists.
  • Bridge design and engineering by translating concepts into code and incorporating technical feasibility into the design process.
  • Evolve the design system so the team can ship faster and maintain compounding quality.
  • Build a design system and prototyping workflow in which each new prototype starts stronger than the last.
  • Review AI-generated options, identify the strongest directions to develop, and explain the quality judgment.

Adobe lifts guidance as freemium strategy drives monthly active users past 100M

The company reported third-quarter revenue of $6.76 billion, up 13% year over year and exceeding its prior forecast. Adjusted earnings per share rose 15% to $6.13. Adobe is pursuing a freemium strategy to drive growth, offering free tools like Adobe Express and limited AI credits to convert casual users into subscribers. Monthly active freemium users grew 70% year over year, surpassing 100 million in the quarter. The company raised its full-year guidance, forecasting revenue between $26.576 billion and $26.626 billion, with adjusted earnings per share of $24.45 to $24.50. Adobe shares rise 1.4% as Cramer calls analyst cuts "false", eyes potential squeeze

Adobe shares rose 1.4% on Friday, despite being down 27% over the past year. Jim Cramer suggested potential cuts in Adobe seem "false" and wondered if a squeeze could develop, noting the company's large market cap enables acquisitions. Adobe reported Q3 revenue of $6.76 billion and earnings per share of $6.13, slightly beating analyst estimates. The company's AI annual recurring revenue jumped 150% to $650 million, with overall ARR growing 11% to $27.50 billion. Adobe also surpassed one billion monthly active users for the first time. However, net new ARR dropped 36-37% annually, and Q4 revenue guidance of $6.80-6.85 billion missed estimates. Morgan Stanley maintained an Underweight rating, whilst JPMorgan cut its price target from $340 to $315. Hedge fund ownership declined from 86 to 81 firms quarter-over-quarter.

Adobe vs. CrowdStrike: which technology stock is a better buy in 2026?

Adobe and CrowdStrike represent contrasting investment profiles in software: established stability versus high-growth disruption. Both rely on subscription models but serve different markets — Adobe dominates creative and productivity software, whilst CrowdStrike leads in cloud-native cybersecurity. Adobe reported revenue of $23.8 billion for the fiscal year ended 28 November 2025, up 10.5% year-over-year, with net income of $7.1 billion and a 30% net margin. Free cash flow reached $9.9 billion. The company recently acquired Topaz Labs to enhance AI capabilities. CrowdStrike posted revenue of $4.8 billion for the fiscal year ended 31 January 2026, growing 21.7% year-over-year. However, it reported a net loss of $162.5 million, reflecting investments in infrastructure and personnel to scale its security platform. The choice depends on risk appetite: Adobe offers profitability and cash generation, whilst CrowdStrike provides faster growth at the expense of current profitability.

Adobe loses ChatGPT ad access for Firefly and Acrobat as OpenAI restricts rival image tools

Adobe lost access to advertise inside ChatGPT just hours before releasing its fiscal third-quarter results. OpenAI quietly restricted ads for standalone image and audio generation products that compete with its own offerings, according to Adobe's senior director for Americas media Doug Wyatt. Adobe had used ChatGPT to promote Acrobat Studio and its Firefly image generator. The platform also stopped returning external links for queries about photo editors and image generators, cutting off organic discovery for third-party developers. Video generation campaigns remain permitted. The timing coincides with OpenAI's launch of ChatGPT Images 2.5 and Live voice capabilities. OpenAI has reported a $1 billion annualised advertising run rate against a target of $2.4 billion. Adobe faces leadership changes, with Anil Chakravarthy becoming chief executive on 1 December.
