  • Knowledge of plumbing parts and service is required.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing parts, systems, and installation processes
  • Experience supporting finished goods, including decorative plumbing products (faucets, fixtures, trims, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, parts breakdowns, and component diagrams
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Proven experience in developing innovative Customer Service initiatives
  • Ability to be tactful and diplomatic with customers
  • Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast-paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
  • Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
  • Requires satisfactory criminal record check
Responsibilities
  • Records and processes inquiries received by mail, telephone and/or through personal customer contact.
  • Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
