- A current and good-standing Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
- Current tuberculosis, measles-mumps-rubella, tetanus, varicella, and other required immunizations are required.
- At least one year of experience is required.
- Provide quality care to Labor and Delivery patients as part of the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to assess mothers and babies during the perinatal period and develop specific care plans.
- Perform nursing duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
