  • 12+ years of experience in Global Marketing, B2B Influencer Marketing, or Partner Marketing preferred.
  • Expertise in B2B campaign & B2B2C design and deployment, message development & results analysis, and reporting at a global scale.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing in diverse markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to credibly engage with cross-functional leaders to drive results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ownership and accountability of multi-channel in-market initiatives and programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, listening, and written communication.
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex business environments and driving efficient and effective execution.
  • Experience/familiarity with 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite preferred.
  • An appetite for work travel.
  • Fluency in oral and written English. Bi-lingual is a plus.
  • Influencer Marketing: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reach target audiences globally.
  • Country-Specific Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Localization & Translation: Oversee the localization and translation of marketing materials to ensure cultural relevance and effective communication in different regions.
  • Market Research: Conduct country-specific research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and other teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth globally.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of our global marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement outcomes, and identified opportunities.
  • Performance Marketing: Drive performance marketing initiatives across different channels to increase customer acquisition and retention.
