  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a Sales Enablement roles
  • Direct sales and sales management experience a plus
  • Has 3 years plus of selling using the MEDDICC framework
  • Demonstrated success in supporting a sales team, ideally in a high growth, Pre-IPO environment
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Passion for identifying execution issues and driving remediation training for improvement in the field
  • Strong facilitation experience running workshops and managing participation
  • Eager to learn, get out of the comfort zone and act upon feedback
  • Happy working in a team and individually
  • Willingness to support both EMEA and APAC timezones when necessary
  • Some business travel to GKO, QBRs and other training events in North America. Potential for some international events
  • Actively participate in the leadership discussion where GTM and enablement could be relevant component
  • Plan and execute key skills training, including new hire onboarding, in-service training and virtual training
  • Work with sellers 1:1 to remediate and improve areas of concern/ development on pipeline generation
  • Support and coach the sales team (including FLM and AEs) in executing the sales process at all stages
  • Build a trusted relationship with FLMs and AEs and become the go-to-person for GTM activities and sales processes
  • Actively participate in supporting sales in Deal Strategy, also aiding with POV Plans, Business Cases and Executive Presentations
  • Support the wider Enablement team in executing core company events such as QBRs and Sales Kick Off
  • Identify and propose areas for improvement across the GTM driving data driven innovation
