  • Drive SumUp's Partnerships function across Europe by defining a vision and go-to-market strategy for the region
  • Analyse data and internal reports to refine sales strategies and grow the pipeline of potential partners
  • Foster collaboration with SumUp's Product & Engineering Tribes and play a key role in accelerating product delivery by making clear business cases and articulating merchant and partner needs to internal counterparts
  • Drive transparency, automation, and simplification of the sales process, optimising for revenue growth, pace-setting, and overall efficiency
  • Articulate and drive delivery of key content, like pitch-decks, case-studies, and representation on the website to position SumUp as an industry authority in ISV and Enterprise business
  • Actively work on the team culture of the Partnerships team, setting targets and facilitating team development
