Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment within the high-tech industry, with the ability to make sound decisions amid changing priorities.
  • Superior attention to detail, high integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships, partner closely with leaders, and keep multiple teams and projects on track in parallel.
  • Experience with contract management and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency with common administrative tools, including Zoom and G Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end meeting coordination and facilitation, and plan team-building activities, leadership summits, and offsites.
  • Partner with executives to understand priorities, rank meeting requests, redirect requests as needed, work independently, and make decisions on behalf of the executive.
  • Act as a point person for executives' direct reports and teams, build strong cross-functional relationships, and maintain team morale.
  • Identify process-improvement opportunities, make adjustments, own long-term projects, and maintain a deep understanding of the overall business.
  • Mentor other administrative business partners, ensure department-wide alignment among the administrative business partner team, and partner with Human Resources on headcount planning and organizational restructuring.
Desired Qualifications
  • Internal communications experience, including drafting emails and program updates and managing inboxes.
  • Project management experience, especially building new processes.
  • Experience planning and preparing business operating cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews or Long-Range Planning meetings.

Twilio's Q2 revenue jumps 22% to $1.5B, stock surges 15.7%
