Relevance AI provides a low-code platform for building and managing teams of autonomous AI agents that handle business tasks such as sales, marketing, and customer support. It works with a visual, no-code designer to create, train, and deploy agents using Workforce (multi-agent system builder) and Invent (text-to-agent generator), and it is model-agnostic, letting users choose among major AI providers. It differentiates itself by empowering non-technical users to orchestrate multiple AI agents and workflows with flexible model options, aimed at both startups and large enterprises. Its goal is to make AI-powered automation accessible at scale, offering a subscription model with a free tier to enable widespread adoption across companies like Activision and SafetyCulture.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • May 2025 Series B from Bessemer, King River, Insight, and Peak XV funded expansion.
  • May 2026 Gartner named Relevance AI a Sample Vendor and Front Runner.
  • August 2026 coverage named Canva, KPMG, and Autodesk as customers.

What critics are saying

  • OpenAI, Microsoft, and Salesforce bundle agent builders, squeezing Relevance AI's distribution by 2026.
  • Enterprise-only pricing and sales motion invite faster, cheaper rivals like Lindy and n8n.
  • If Anthropic or OpenAI ship native multi-agent workflows, Relevance AI becomes an expendable wrapper.

What makes Relevance AI unique

  • Workforce's visual canvas builds multi-agent systems without code, launched May 2025.
  • Invent turns plain English into deployable agents in minutes for non-technical operators.
  • Relevance AI stays vendor-neutral across tools and models, reducing lock-in for enterprises.
