Requirements
  • 3+ years related accounting/financial experience, business planning and/or financial analysis/reporting
  • Exhibited excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skill
  • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
Responsibilities
  • Contributing to monthly close process in reviewing variances between actuals and forecast/budget at a visit type and clinic level for Revenue, COGS, and SGM
  • Tracking and reporting volume at type (CPT, category, subcategory) and clinic level
  • Partnering with the Field Operations teams to create clinic level forecast for volume
  • Analyzing insurance discounts, reimbursement trends and impact of changes in cash/contracting rates
  • Projecting weekly revenues for Budget & Forecast based on projected total visit volume combined with service mix & reimbursements (cash vs. commercial) at a clinic level
  • Supporting new Primary Care initiatives – building a model to forecast at a clinic level with new reimbursement rates
