Role: US Marketing Manager
Reports to: Senior Director, US Marketing

MiQ is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our US Marketing team. In this role you will be empowered to drive brand and performance goals to attract prospects and nurture current clients. We are looking for a collaborative individual who thinks differently, pushes boundaries and isn’t content with the way things are. The candidate will have a strong appetite to influence change through our marketing initiatives, storytelling and creativity and commercial awareness is a must. As a US Marketing Manager in Marketing, you’ll have the chance to:
- Manage the development and execution of US marketing plans and campaigns
- Ensure a connection between our internal and external initiatives
- Help maintain our internal and external digital channels to make sure they are up to date and providing ongoing engaging content
- Maintain MiQ social media presence across all digital channels
- Support the development and execution of US marketing events and initiatives
Communications
- Manage internal and external communications campaigns
- Work closely with the Senior Director, US Marketing to manage our PR agency and objectives
- Working closely with our Global internal communications team on US and global workstreams
Internal collaboration
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple levels; coordinate timely feedback and approvals
- Communicate marketing plans to relevant stakeholders to ensure coordination across channels
Content writing
- Produce copy for a range of content types - Internal and external email marketing, social posts, blogs, video scripts, adverts, case studies, and so on - that help us tell our business story.
Quality assurance
Supporting the business with proofreading and quality assurance of all content we’re putting out into the world, especially making sure we’re always using the brand tone of voice and not slipping into corporate-speak or tech-jargon.
What you’ll bring
- Industry and product knowledge
- Sound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem and the vendor-agency-advertiser dynamic
- Adept understanding of the advertising industry, and a curiosity of what the future holds
- Minimum three years in a similar role
- Provide an example of an event recap or campaign performance report
- Experience with marketing CRM software, preferably HubSpot
- Experience of writing for B2B businesses or in the ad tech sector
- A few examples of things you’ve written and worked on, ideally showing off your ability to write with a strong tone of voice and think creatively
- Good organisational skills to deliver work on time and manage your work timings
- Experience working with project management platforms, preferably Monday.com
- A desire to keep learning

Pay Transparency
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $75,000-$110,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
