Requirements
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, e-mail, or in person
  • 4 year degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of technical support experience
  • PC troubleshooting experience: 2-4 years
  • Experience with PC MDM (Intune): 2 years
  • Comfortable guiding Lvl 1 agents on standard IT and Help Desk best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and find a resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong familiarity troubleshooting with Apple products
  • Must be a self starter
  • Must be curious and willing to learn and find answers
