Requirements
  • An Associate’s Degree (or 60 credits) with 2 years of field experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant field experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word) and comfortable utilizing computers and other technologies including electric health record databases.
  • A solid understanding of federal, state, and county regulations (6400) for adult developmental disability services.
  • The ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain a positive, high-quality work environment.
  • Flexible availability based on scheduling and supervision for 24/7 residential operations; may be required to work nights and/or weekends.
  • The ability to manage and track large amounts of information, including medical appointments, financial information, staff schedules, petty cash and quality surveys.
  • A valid Driver’s License with a good driving record, reliable vehicle and the ability to manage on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain a positive, high-quality work environment.
  • Provide leadership for 24/7 residential operations; be available to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
  • Manage and track large amounts of information including medical appointments, financial information, staff schedules, petty cash and quality surveys.

  • Has Diverse Experience: You have a background supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including dual diagnoses and behavioral challenges. Leadership experience is a plus.
