  • Minimum 2 years of previous work experience including internships
  • Previous experience within the music or entertainment industry preferred
  • Experience working with confidential and sensitive content
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite and ability to learn proprietary systems
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Manage calendars
  • Arrange meetings
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Process expenses
  • Schedule travel
  • Oversee time sheets and vacation calendars
  • Coordinate meetings within various label groups
  • Assist with documentation of best practices manual
  • Oversee organization of various rosters, staff, and reports
  • Vendor set up and verification
  • Royalty Account set up and workflow analysis
  • Assist with Royalty Client services
  • Work with supervisor on organizing, saving, and retrieving information
  • General Departmental troubleshooting
