Requirements
- Strong understanding of the New York City and New York State procurement process.
- Direct experience responding to requests for proposals and requests for quotations for New York and New York City postings.
- Strong writing skills for preparing proposal responses.
- Direct experience managing and completing proposals while ensuring all elements are completed.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Ability to analyze data and conduct quick research into concepts.
- Ability to use ChatGPT and validate the accuracy of its information.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including email and online communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete proposals, ensuring that all elements are completed.
- Prepare responses to New York and New York City bids, requests for proposals, and requests for quotations.
- Analyze data and research concepts to support proposal work.
- Use ChatGPT and validate the accuracy of the information produced.
