Requirements
  • A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in transfer pricing (consulting, advisory, global transfer pricing).
  • Experience in transfer pricing advisory or consulting services including advising MNCs in structuring their transfer pricing operating models (Transfer Pricing Policy Planning).
  • Experience in analysing the financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet) of an entity in detail and identifying issues from transfer pricing perspective.
  • Experience in assisting MNCs in implementing transfer pricing operating models and assisting them in day-to-day operationalization from accounting perspective.
  • Experience in conducting functional interviews with department heads of
  • Experience in performing and reviewing different types of benchmarking
  • Highly competent in using global databases / tools applicable in the field of transfer pricing (for example TP Catalyst, CompStat, OneSource, etc.).
  • Experience in handling global transfer pricing documentation for MNCs including preparation of Country- by-Country Reports, Master Files and Local Files.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to deliver quality work.
  • Deliver transfer pricing projects to clients, with a focus on global transfer pricing.
  • Work closely with UK, U.S., and India team members to deliver transfer pricing projects to clients.
  • Conduct functional interviews with department heads of entities to gather transfer pricing information.
  • Perform and review benchmarking analyses for transfer pricing purposes.
  • Assist MNCs in implementing transfer pricing operating models and assist in day-to-day operationalization from accounting perspective.
  • Draft technical memoranda and client advice related to transfer pricing.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation including Country-by-Country Reports, Master Files and Local Files.
  • Utilize global databases/tools (e.g., TP Catalyst, CompStat, OneSource) to support analyses.
  • Liaise with other teams within Frazier & Deeter for smooth account management and exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to high-quality client service and attention to detail.
  • Stay updated on complex transfer pricing related technical issues.
