Requirements
  • 8-10 years of job-related experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Business Development roles
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding partnership revenue targets
  • Solid understanding of channel marketing and marketing
  • Technology experience, or with product management / product marketing
  • Experience in a structured and rigorous environment (e.g. Amazon, Google) or later-stage startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a partnership strategy aligned with the company's overarching business objectives
  • Identify and onboard ideal technology partners whose offerings synergize for exponential impact
  • Negotiate complex partnership agreements to create mutually beneficial collaborations
  • Orchestrate co-marketing campaigns, seamless product integrations, and impactful sales initiatives
  • Cultivate and steward exceptional relationships with key decision-makers to build and maintain trust
  • Translate partnership initiatives into quantifiable business impact, driven by a keen analytical mind measurement
  • Remain at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and capitalize on groundbreaking partnership opportunities
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential partnership risks by navigating complex collaborations
  • Drive alignment and support for partnership initiatives through clear and effective communication with stakeholders across the organization
  • Work with senior-level partner leaders to develop impactful, multi-faceted growth strategies
  • Oversee internal and external execution, providing guidance and advice to drive performance and achieve strategic objectives
  • Analyze data to understand partner business & financial performance, identify anomalies, and recommend solutions
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and promote offerings through cooperative initiatives
  • Utilize metric-driven analysis to ensure effective resource allocation and determine internal focus and priorities
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to define, develop, and deliver process improvements in tandem with the Worldwide Partner Organization
