  • Builds and cultivates strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive effective HR initiatives alongside the business strategy
  • Understands the future needs and capability requirements for the organization
  • Participates in key planning cycles such as Global Compensation planning, goal setting, performance reviews etc. and coordinates closely with relevant COEs to execute this agenda
  • Contributes to the Global HR Strategic & operational discussions, HR Talent Reviews and overall Global HR Leadership efforts
  • Regularly communicates business updates to the Global HRLT: performance, key initiatives, best practices
  • Partners with the Global HRBP community to share ideas, initiatives & best practices
  • Leads projects (restructuring, reorganizations, merit) by adequately guiding leaders on the best approach & timelines, liaising with stakeholders, and providing overall support throughout the whole process for its successful completion
  • Support leaders on complex people matters
  • Oversees key M&A projects for HR which have an impact on the organization
  • Participates in early evaluations during due diligence for M&A activities to understand the strategic objectives and provides the early voice on integration planning, risks, and challenges as it relates to HR
  • Drives the integration from an HR perspective
  • Works with HR COEs to conduct employee related data analysis (e. g. headcount, salary, benefits, etc.)
  • Prepares and assembles employee schedules in purchase agreements following thorough data validation
  • Oversees key M&A projects for HR which have an impact on the organization
Desired Qualifications
  • M&A due diligence and integration experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience working internationally and in virtual team is preferred
  • Workday experience is strongly preferred
