Responsibilities
  • Full lifecycle management of positions across a diverse range of locations and responsibilities within the North America region
  • Partner and advise hiring teams through a successful hiring process
  • Help draft job descriptions
  • Train teams on interviewing
  • Conduct first round interviews
  • Provide initial hiring recommendations
  • Identify high quality candidates through proactive sourcing
  • Build and contribute to talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
  • Track and report data to build efficiencies and identify opportunities
  • Prepare important metrics and performance measures for roles and responsibilities
  • Support the North America BST regional recruitment strategy
  • Contribute to and implement regional projects
