  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience in the professional services industry
  • Experience both managing applicants and sourcing external talent
  • Ability to update hiring teams and project manage many searches simultaneously

Responsibilities
  • Full lifecycle management of positions across a diverse range of locations and responsibilities within the North America region
  • Partner and advise hiring teams through a successful hiring process
  • Help draft job descriptions
  • Train teams on interviewing
  • Conduct first round interviews
  • Provide initial hiring recommendations
  • Identify high quality candidates through proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates
  • Build and contribute to talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
  • Conduct market research
  • Use the applicant tracking system to report on candidate pipelines
  • Prepare important metrics and performance measures for roles and responsibilities such as time to hire and quality of hire
  • Make recommendations for enhancements
  • Support the North America BST regional recruitment strategy by contributing to and implementing regional projects
  • Focus on collaboration and opportunities
