The role
As a Head of Partnerships for HelloFresh Group in UK, you will be fully owner of the Partnerships, Affiliates & Retail media strategy, and performance.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and numbers focused, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder and can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate. Your ability to open doors and achieve sales targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by finding and sustaining great partnerships. Reporting to the UK Director of Growth, you will join a talented and driven marketing team.
What you’ll do
- Translate wide business strategy into a holistic partnership strategy focusing on partnerships and affiliate marketing, collaborating closely with relevant cross-functional senior stakeholder
- Own the delivery of affiliate & partnership growth strategy for HelloFresh Group in the UK, currently covering HelloFresh and GreenChef brands
- Manage a team of 6 people, which consists of a Business Development and Account Management function across Growth Partnerships, Affiliates and Retail Media
- Have ownership of your partnership pipeline execution and building a plan towards hitting conversion and revenue targets
- Oversee business proposals and sales tactics used to acquire new partners
- Build forecasts and track named strategic partners KPIs
- Oversee and lead strategic conversations and relationships with local vendors and key partners in the portfolio
- Harness your data-driven mindset as well as industry expertise for the identification of new growth levers and channel development tactics
- Work on numerous strategic initiatives in the partnership field together with our analytics, tech and design teams located centrally
- Develop and managed scale high volume key partners pipelines to recruit onto our established partnerships program as well as represent HelloFresh in key strategic partnerships mi
- Auditing and improving team performance, reporting to senior internal stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years of experience in the Affiliates and/or Partnerships landscape with a strong focus on Business Development
- An experienced leader with 2+ years experience in people management
- Equipped with a profound knowledge of the global partnership/affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies and platforms
- A very strong analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems
- A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders
- A team-player, who gets the best out of his/her team
