Overview:
The Senior Brand Strategist will play a key role in driving new business strategy, working alongside division leads. They will participate in the strategic planning process for each key account by gathering, defining, and clarifying the insights that drive creative earned solutions, acting as a problem-solver and providing solutions to team and clients.

What you’ll be doing
- Conduct rigorous research and distill insights that drive ambitious client projects and new business pitches.
- Uncover cultural and market trends that fuel B2B and B2C innovation.
- Lead the ideation of new programs that resonate across top client categories, pushing boundaries and driving incremental revenue.
- Dive deep into research, stakeholder interviews, and brainstorming sessions to extract the essence of what truly matters.
- Perform sharp competitive analysis to spot gaps and seize marketplace opportunities.
- Transform strategic insights into captivating presentation materials for senior leadership and key clients.
- Deploy the right frameworks, tools, and methodologies to elevate presentations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain a cutting-edge research archival system for seamless agency-wide access.
- Represent the agency in internal meetings across Prosek, embodying our values and vision.
- Mentor junior strategists, fostering their growth and amplifying their potential.
- Contribute to thought leadership, setting best practices that inspire the strategy team.
- Seamlessly integrate across branding, advertising, PR, digital, and more to craft groundbreaking creative that delivers undeniable value.
What makes you qualified
- 4-7 years of dynamic experience in brand, strategy or marketing.
- Research and strategy experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record in shaping a modern, transformative agency that delivers exceptional client results.
- Experience in regulated financial and professional services is a plus.
- Mastery in conducting, analyzing, and transforming research into actionable insights and compelling ideas for client presentations and proposals.
- Deep understanding of client brand categories and landscapes, delivering innovative ideas that resonate powerfully.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the confidence to captivate diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership in both staff and client-facing roles, with a knack for leading by example.
- Unyielding motivational skills in high-pressure environments.
- Approachable, adaptable, and a natural at forging valued relationships with staff.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$115,000. An employee’s salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
