Job Description

We are looking for an IT recruiter/Junior associate for our company. This is for our onsite Buckhead HQ location.

• Position: IT Recruiter - Junior Associates
• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Buckhead Tower, Atlanta, GA 30326

Looking for young and dynamic college graduates who passed out recently, with 2-3 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
• Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with Account managers.

Qualifications

skills:

• Computer Savvy, MS Suite, GSuite, etc.
• Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies, new processes
• Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related work.
