Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as product manager launching and managing features in a mobile first consumer product , preferably with 1M+ active users
- Experience with iterative hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation collaborating with cross functional teams
- Experience working with a broad set of stakeholders ,driving alignment and communicating with leadership. Communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience
- Have an ownership mindset , being proactive and work on whatever it takes to solve user and business problems
Responsibilities
- Set our strategy and roadmap for innovating and improving the experience for singles on Match for your focus area
- Make strategic and data-driven decisions about trade-offs, balance scope with quality, and communicate changes, decisions, and progress to stakeholders across the company at the right intervals
- Create wireframes, product pitches, and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of products and initiatives
- Review user data and metrics to measure business impact of a feature, and identify opportunities to evolve, communicating with senior management and various stakeholders along the way
- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data analytics, to successfully deliver product initiatives from ideation to launch in a timely manner
