We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Financial Advisor in Milwaukee, WI. This role will work as part of an advisory team, focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals, and provide client service that exceeds our client’s expectations. Our team members work together to meet company objectives for sales growth, client retention and customer service quality.
Primary Job Functions
Manage client relationships to WEG’s planning-based standard of identity.
Facilitate the financial planning process
Prepare and conduct annual reviews, including both panning and investment topics
Ensure ongoing client support and communication
Source, nurture, and close prospective clients.
Proactively work with clients to broaden our services to them
Close leads provided by various WEG marketing channels
Create opportunities within your network
Drive referrals from existing clients
Mentor and train individuals on the team in technical areas of financial planning and client service.
Educate on the Wealth Enhancement Group planning process
Educate on overall financial planning matters
Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs.
Adhere to the Wealth Enhancement Group Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing.
Education | Qualifications
4-year degree; business, finance, economics preferred
5+ years’ prior experience as a Financial Advisor
Advanced designation required (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.)
Series 65 (RIA Only)
Insurance licenses
Ability to source and convert prospects to clients and provide high-level planning-oriented service to a fast growing book of business
Possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral & written)
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Engagement in WEG, broader community, and active participation in financial planning community
