Requirements
- 3+ years proven expertise in Search (Google, Bing) and YouTube media execution
- Understanding of Google Display Network planning and execution
- Understanding of Apple Search Ads planning and execution
- Acquisition, retail, or e-commerce campaign management experience
- Familiarity working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Excellent skills in data-driven analysis
- Consistent track record of leading multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Significant media-specific spreadsheet experience (pivot tables, vlookups, media formulas)
- A clear understanding of pacing, flighting, and nuances of leading channel-specific budgets
- Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides a plus
Responsibilities
- Channel ownership and execution of Peloton Paid Search (text and shopping), PMax, YouTube, campaigns including:
- Strategy
- Forecasting
- Budget management
- Ongoing optimization
- Weekly reporting including creation and maintenance of dashboards
- Testing calendars
- Creative management with internal team and external agency
- Relationship management with publisher and agency partners
- Activation of media including optimization & budget management, testing and experiment design in partnership with our media agency
- Audience planning, campaign management & optimization, measurement planning and data application
- Drive improved performance through ad hoc analysis to assess how we can improve performance on a weekly basis
- Handle campaign budgets and advise on recommended campaign optimization
- Critically evaluate data sources, inventory and media platforms to create a competitive advantage
- Working with internal & external creative agencies to coordinate channel specific creative
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, in-platform experiments, optimizing landing pages and user funnels
