Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance according to the hotel's scheduling needs.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including the proper uniform and name tag.
  • Comply with hospitality standards and regulations to support safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Greet guests in a pleasant manner.
  • Load and unload luggage carts.
  • Load and unload the van with luggage.
  • Escort guests to rooms upon request.
  • Check and store luggage for arriving and departing guests using luggage tags.
  • Open and close cab doors for arriving and departing guests.
  • Maintain current listings of local and area attractions, special events, and activities.
  • Maintain lists of local transportation guides, churches, sports arenas, and similar destinations.
  • Provide information, maps, and directions as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the motor entrance, front door, and lobby area.
  • Deliver flowers, packages, and messages to guest rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the van interior and exterior.
  • Drive the van according to scheduled runs.
  • Answer the console to assist guest services agents.
  • Perform other duties as required.
