  • Must be fluent in English and German or Italian.
  • Proven B2B BDR experience, preferably within cybersecurity or IT
  • Experience working closely with sales and marketing to achieve department and companywide revenue and pipeline targets
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota in your previous role(s)
  • Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Salesforce, Drift, and Orum
  • A high degree of self-motivation and grit with attention to detail, and a desire to win
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills, and presentation skills
  • The ability to self-motivate when working remotely, and exceed in a fast-paced environment, while also having a “Team First” attitude
  • Alignment with the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
  • Good written and spoken English and German or Italian proficiency
  • Italian fluency is a bonus
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop territory strategy and build pipeline
  • Prospect into new accounts through inbound and outbound methods leveraging the BDR tool stack, leveraging account-based research, MQL follow up (events, digital, ABM, and other channels), cold calling, social media, and coordinated campaigns
  • Generate qualified meetings for sales that convert into opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly prospecting metrics as designated by the BDR Director (calls, emails, social media touches, speed to lead, and more), as well as monthly opportunity generation quota
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and BDR leadership to develop strategic prospecting scripts, emails, and other outreach
  • Articulate the Nozomi Networks value proposition to prospective customers demonstrating a good understanding of Nozomi Networks’ cybersecurity technology to overcome objections and book meetings
  • Support sales and marketing efforts as needed (in-person and virtual event staffing, chatbot, campaigns, and more)
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be motivated to share the Nozomi Networks platform with our future customers
