Responsibilities
  • Drive analysis, optimization and implementation of workflow across BDR and AE teams: build cadences, analyze their effectiveness, and iterate.
  • Understand our customers, consideration and sales timelines and optimize our outreach and efforts.
  • Analyze how our reps are spending their time, what’s working, and what we’re missing: Email vs. phone touchpoints, which leads convert at what clip and where we should prioritize lead flows.
  • Learn to sell alongside our team: run the pipeline, understand day-to-day conversions, and optimize our workflows via hypothesis-driven testing.
