Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding, integration, and renewal process using Gusto’s internal systems and tools
  • Effectively manage time across multiple customers and tasks
  • Collaborate across teams to address issues and resolve customer concerns
  • Research, document, and educate others on updates related to internal process and best practices
  • Help scale the team and product by identifying pain points and seeking innovative solutions
