Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience managing multiple budgets over $3MM and interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Harvest, Smartsheet, etc.), MS Office, Google Suite, and business software solutions
  • Strong background in drafting Statements of Work, developing budgets, and staff plans
  • Experience managing clients on project scope and delivery
  • Working knowledge of all phases of organic social, paid social, video/photo, and design production and post-production
  • Strong problem-solving skills and intuitive nature
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, and committed to improving processes
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a main team member onsite with the client three days a week
  • Lead ATTN: and external client teams through all project phases
  • Obtain a deep understanding of the client's operating model and develop improvement recommendations
  • Draft, maintain, and update process documents as needed
  • Influence the efficiency and quality of work while protecting internal team
  • Work closely with all discipline leads, notably Client Services and Strategy
  • Anticipate project issues/risks and implement solutions
  • Oversee development and presentation of project health reporting
  • Champion the importance of communication, collaboration, and managing different personalities
