Requirements
  • Five to seven years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including Identity Governance and Administration, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Active Directory, Digital Certificates, and Certificate Authority technologies.
  • Five to seven years of experience designing, implementing, administering, enhancing, and continuously improving Identity and Access Management solutions, including workflow development, integrations, provisioning automation, access governance, user lifecycle management, and security and governance best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, including Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Role-Based Access Control, Segregation of Duties, role mining, and access governance principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms, including designing, configuring, customizing, and administering workflows, connectors, integrations, and related functionality supporting identity lifecycle management across multiple systems and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management and information security best practices, standards, and guidelines, with the ability to evaluate and implement solutions based on risk, criticality, complexity, and business requirements.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Identity Management technologies and protocols, including Kerberos, Single Sign-On, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, Secure Web Authentication, and the Okta SaaS platform.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding identity management, access governance, and security requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and build effective working relationships across multiple business units to support security, compliance, operational, and technology objectives.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Science is required, although an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and strategic input for the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the Identity and Access Management roadmap.
  • Manage and implement technologies and procedures controlling information workflows for provisioning, access changes, and termination across network access, in-scope platforms, and applications.
  • Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot automated access control solutions, the Identity Governance and Administration platform, and the Single Sign-On Identity Provider.
  • Provide guidance on integrating identity management authentication and authorization frameworks and solutions into new and existing applications.
  • Lead the development of Identity and Access Management architecture, solutions, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement Identity and Access Management key performance indicators and key risk indicators, including scorecards and dashboards.
  • Identify process deficiencies and suggest and implement process improvements, including reporting and escalation activities.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security, Human Resources, Robotic Process Automation, and line-of-business teams to create efficient Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Manage user provisioning functions and recommend new workflows to streamline and automate processes.
  • Provide Level 3 support for Identity and Access Management security-related issues and analyze and resolve complex authentication, integration, and automation issues.
  • Evaluate and process special access requests in compliance with established security controls, policies, and service expectations.
  • Administer User Access Reviews and certification campaigns, including access analysis, stakeholder engagement, exception management, remediation tracking, reporting, and audit-related activities.
  • Administer disaster recovery and business continuity activities related to user and access management.
  • Create, maintain, and review policies, standards, and operational procedure guides.
  • Create, test, and implement new automated provisioning workflows.
  • Monitor technological and threat-environment changes affecting Identity and Access Management, contribute to the Identity and Access Management vision, and apply independent judgment in program execution.
  • Evaluate Access Management system performance and recommend enhancements to strengthen security, governance, and operational effectiveness.

  • Experience with SailPoint or similar Identity Governance and Administration platforms.
  • SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud and Okta certifications.

Sensus Healthcare secures $15M revolving credit facility with City National Bank

Sensus Healthcare has entered into a $15 million revolving credit facility with City National Bank of Florida, according to an SEC filing. The agreement, dated 8 December 2020, is part of the Main Street Priority Loan Facility established under the Federal Reserve Act to support businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The credit facility is secured by accounts, inventory, equipment and intellectual property. It includes financial covenants and reporting requirements, including maintaining a minimum deposit balance and submitting quarterly and annual financial statements. Sensus Healthcare, which specialises in non-invasive treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers using superficial radiation therapy technology, will use the facility to support operations and payroll whilst expanding its market presence. The agreement includes CARES Act compliance provisions, restricting stock repurchases and executive compensation.
