Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in technical program management or adjacent roles
  • Familiarity with the business impacts of technical subject matters such as artificial intelligence models, software development kits, application programming interfaces, data pipelines
  • Experience curating and appropriately applying common product, project, and program management frameworks such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, PMI (project management institute), and RICE (Reach, Impact, Certainty, and Effort)
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering leaders to define project requirements, scopes, timeline, and impact
  • Create and maintain project trackers across the portfolio of AI Accelerator projects
  • Schedule, prepare agendas for, and run regular check-in meetings with key project stakeholders
  • Help with the design and application of role and responsibility matrices for cross-functional project teams
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, scopes, and resource allocations are up-to-date
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across project teams
  • Analyze project tracking data, identify risk, opportunities, trends, and prepare situation briefings to AI Accelerator leadership
