Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in expanding our reach by setting meetings with benefits consultants, large employers, and other channel partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, self-motivated, and willing to take calculated risks to drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include:
Prospect and Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential benefits consultants, large employers, and channel partners who could benefit from Vivante Health’s solutions.
Outreach and Engagement: Initiate and manage outbound communication via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and set up meetings.
Appointment Setting: Collaborate closely with Vivante Health’s Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of Sales to schedule and confirm meetings with key decision-makers.
Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with Vivante Health’s target audience and sales strategy.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively communicate Vivante Health’s value proposition.
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and assisting with various sales-related tasks.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including meeting quotas
Continuous Learning: Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or the equivalent in relevant work experience
Minimum of 1-2 years sales or sales development experience
Proficient in G Suite (Microsoft Office is also available), Slack, as well as Salesforce for all tracking and reporting and general marketing principles
