  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years sales or sales development experience
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of general marketing principles
Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential benefits consultants, large employers, and channel partners
  • Initiate and manage outbound communication via phone, email, and social media
  • Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of Sales to schedule and confirm meetings
  • Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with target audience and sales strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Provide support to the sales team by maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and assisting with various sales-related tasks
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
