- Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance based on government requirements.

- Translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions.
- Guide modernization of legacy capabilities into Appian.
- Coordinate with architects, testers, and DevSecOps personnel to support successful delivery and sustainment.
- Experience with Army or Department of Defense enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning.
- Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases.
