Requirements
- 6+ years working or partnering with Private Equity or Venture Capital and/or 8+ years in SaaS-based technologies
- Proven track record in scaling and growing a new and existing partner ecosystems
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience working in the ERP / accounting / financial management / financial ops domain and working with FinTech a plus
- Builder mindset, comfortable sharing ideas, trying new approaches and is focused on achieving team and company short and long term goals
- Flexible and adaptable in high growth, start-up environment
- Strong ability to drive execution of strategic initiatives and tactics
- Ability to sell partners on the vision and mission of FloQast and of our partner program
- A track record of working in a fast-paced environment, setting your own demanding expectations, inspiring and supporting your teammates and exceeding those expectations
- Ability to understand FloQast's products as well as to interact with product, marketing, sales, and operational teams and executives through a variety of channels

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
Responsibilities
- Build business strategy for the PE team with the VP of Business Development & Partnerships
- Lead training and onboarding of new PE/VC Alliances Managers
- Recruit, lead and mentor members of the Alliance team
- Support the PE Alliance team in their day to day initiatives
- Translate strategic goals into tactical plans & initiatives for the PE team to drive execution and results
- Execute on tactical plans utilizing different departments (marketing, sales, product, customer success)
- Effectively communicate with sales management to ensure respective teams are aligned on goals/strategy to ultimately drive revenue
- Lead and participate in speaking engagements like PE roundtables, webinars, and in-person conferences
- Join Private Equity networking groups and attend events
- Travel will be 25%+
- Any other duties or tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
Desired Qualifications
- MBA a plus
- Experience with Pitchbook, Salesforce, Looker, and/or similar systems
- Experience developing, negotiating and closing partner deals
- Brings an existing network of relationships across target alliance partners
