Responsibilities

Support the Strategic Operations team; drive critical, cross-functional projects across the organization
Conduct research analysis projects and deliver synthesized conclusions to OpenInvest's senior leadership and product management teams
Identify external opportunities that can accelerate OpenInvest's mission and roadmap
Identify and implement improvements through process/systems/reporting solutions to create efficiency, improve lines of communication, and remove issues and blockers
Manage day-to-day operations with a bias towards streamlining and automation

Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment. FinTech/finance is a plus

Location: Anywhere in the US

OpenInvest is seeking a Strategic Operations Associate, reporting to the Strategic Operations Manager. This role will be critical in executing the day-to-day operations as well as accelerating the business toward our next products and verticals. From identifying new opportunities for innovation to optimizing our internal tools and resources, this is a high-leverage role that will work closely with many different functions throughout the organization.

What You’ll Do

Support the Strategic Operations team; drive critical, cross-functional projects across the organization

Who You Are
