Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in a market/segment management, product management or product marketing role, preferably in Telco, Energy & Utilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in Telco, Energy & Utilities, ideally in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Track and analyze the performance of products and services within assigned segments, making necessary adjustments based on data and market feedback.
  • Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs.
  • Represent customer requirements within the organization to influence product development.
  • Mentor and guide team members involved in market activities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
