Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure effective communication, project alignment, and successful execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and milestones.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, review financial reports, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial goals are met.
Identify potential risks and issues in projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure project success.
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and maintain proactive and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a culture of safety by promoting and enforcing safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices across projects.
Mentor and develop project team members, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
Develop strong relationships with clients, retain current repeat clients, and identify and nurture prospective clients.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Profound knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Experience with project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices and OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., standing or sitting) for extended periods when reviewing plans or conducting meetings.
Ability to move about active construction sites, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders or scaffolding, ascending/descending stairs, and navigating tight spaces.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to read printed plans, drawings, and computer screens, and conduct conversations in person and via phone/radio in noisy environments.
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
Ability to operate standard office and site inspection tools (e.g., laptop, tablet, measuring devices, etc.)
