Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry and possess expertise in developing both front-end and back-end applications. This role requires proficiency in .NET C# and Python, with a focus on building cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure. Experience with Kubernetes and containerization is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web and Windows desktop applications using .NET C# and Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Build and maintain scalable and secure cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless functionality.
Implement containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer in the financial services industry.
Proficiency in .NET C# and Python programming languages.
Strong experience in developing web applications.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and building cloud-native applications.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
Experience supporting a trade execution/ order management system and knowledge of overall trade market structure is required.
FlexTrade experience is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance.
