Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering at a product-driven company, coupled with keen interpersonal awareness and enthusiasm for customer engagement.
  • Completed undergraduate studies in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++.
  • Practical knowledge of database technologies, including SQL (like PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems (like MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with cloud platforms, with emphasis on Google Cloud, and an understanding of tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with version control tools and experience or interest in CI/CD pipelines, including but not limited to tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
Responsibilities
  • Interact directly with customers to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and see firsthand the impact of your engineering in action.
  • Demonstrate a 'whatever it takes' attitude to make our technical implementations successful with customers, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring the highest level of service and support.
  • Develop custom applications, where the quality and innovation of your coding contribute to our product's uniqueness, success, and real-world impact.
  • Execute high-stakes technical projects in close proximity with our customers, doing anything needed to ensure project success and team efficiency.
  • Drive architectural discussions with fellow engineers, shaping the technical foundation of projects and influencing their scalability, performance, and overall success.
