  • UK military training needs analysis experience
  • Background in pilot training course design
  • Military instructional experience
  • Sound knowledge of course design methods and techniques
  • Experience in the design and development of instructor-led and distance learning courseware outputs
  • Fully conversant with the direction and guidance set out in the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Joint Service Publication (JSP) 822, Defence Direction and Guidance for Training and Education and DSAT
Responsibilities
  • Analysis, design, delivery and assurance of course material
  • Design and maintenance of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) compliant Aircrew training courseware
  • Aircrew training including theory and practical elements of Operational Conversion Unit (OCU), Limited Combat Ready (LCR) to Combat Ready (CR) and post graduate training
  • 4th target audience training including familiarisation training
  • Analyzing the design, development, implementation and evaluation of training projects and curricula
  • Assisting in the evaluation of new strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to course design, development and delivery
  • Providing complete training instruction and guidance in the performance of course design tasks
