  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite Required
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience as an athlete or administrator in baseball or softball at the professional or collegiate level
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to solve problems in a timely fashion manner and a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Coordinator in a variety of tasks and projects as requested.
  • Manage recurring tasks such as organizing the monthly calendar and spreadsheets with information.
  • Support with organizing travel logistics for our scouts and players of interest.
  • Administrate and ensure our internal systems are updated with the latest information.
  • Communicate well within the department and with other departments within the organization.
  • Organize and participate in meetings as necessary and draft summaries.
