- Availability for a variable schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends according to service needs.
- Observation skills, teamwork, autonomy, and adaptability are required.
- Communication and relational-intervention skills are required.
- Evaluate users' needs, abilities, and difficulties.
- Participate in developing and updating individualized intervention plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nurses, educators, social workers, and psychologists.
- Intervene directly with users in their living environment to promote adaptation, autonomy, and social participation.
- Support users in daily activities such as hygiene, leisure, learning, and emotional regulation.
- Implement educational strategies adapted to each person's specific needs.
- Maintain a healthy, safe, and stimulating living environment.
- Observe, analyze, and document users' behavioral development and progress.
- Write observation notes and progress reports.
- Participate in clinical and follow-up meetings with the work team.
- Partner with families, relatives, and other network professionals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and contribute to continuous practice improvement.
- Organize and lead educational, social, sporting, or cultural activities adapted to users' abilities.
- Promote the development of social skills and daily-living competencies.
- Experience with clients presenting behavioral disorders, mental health conditions, or intellectual disabilities is an asset.
