As a Summer Intern in our Human Resources Department, you will be working within the different areas of our Human Resources Team. All interns will be a part of a 10-week program within our HR team. This program is designed to identify future leaders of NinjaTrader. The development program will offer valuable industry and functional insight. You will have the opportunity to have a mentor and learn from senior leadership at the Company. Example projects could include contributing to initiatives promoting a positive workplace culture, compiling HR data and metrics to create reports for HR management, and assisting in the development of training materials and resources.
In this position, you will:
- Define and drive NinjaTrader’s strategic priorities that align with our Core Values
- Manage and/or participating on cross function teams
- Assist with the brands long term vision and planning process
- Assist with HR-related tasks or special department projects
- Assist with reviewing resumes communication with candidates
- Gain experience in using HR software and systems for tasks such as employee data management and report generation
- Assist with in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and morale
Key Job Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business with relevant coursework or experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Superior leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems
- Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with ease
- Must be detail and results oriented with a proven track record of success
