Requirements
  • Current Certification, in good standing, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Current Certification, in good standing, as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
  • Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Clinical Counseling, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience overseeing BCBA's and Clinical Associates.
  • Training in /Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis, mental health / behavioral health, trauma informed care, and organizational management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and a person centered, family driven approach.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
  • BCBA strongly preferred with supervision credentials maintained.
  • Must have satisfactory background checks.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support to clinicians and clinical team members responsible for the delivery of clinical services to individuals served.
  • Monitor clinical programming for procedural fidelity.
  • Be knowledgeable in evidence based clinical interventions.
  • Interface with external agencies, families, and funders.
  • Training development and provision across multiple service lines is a key component of the role.
  • Stay current with trends in the field and champion the development and implementation of treatment modalities that enhance Aspire’s services.
  • Assume primary responsibility for ensuring that clinical services are being provided per Aspire and funder standards by monitoring service delivery to ensure that individuals are receiving clinically appropriate, outcome-based interventions.
  • Assist other service lines in ensuring that services are delivered in a manner consistent with Positive Behavior Support and individual support plans.
  • Participate in committees as applicable.
  • Monitors plan implementation for procedural integrity.
  • Oversees clinical audits using accountability measures.
  • Supervises clinical team members with regard to their clinical responsibilities and job performance.
  • Maintains supervision records per Aspire standards.
  • Assists Regional Director of Clinical Services, as applicable.
  • Serves as a supplemental supervisor for Clinical Supervisors.
  • Cultivate a positive and productive workplace atmosphere to enhance team morale and productivity.
  • Participate in and complete training sessions as delegated by management to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Conduct training as required and assigned.
  • Perform any additional job responsibilities assigned by supervisors or team leaders to support the organization's smooth operation.
  • Accept reassignment as required.
  • Responds in person to assist with crisis as needed.
