  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a media background.
  • Proven track record of shipping product on time and within budget.
  • Solid technical background with knowledge of software development practices.
  • Strong project management ability, experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across various teams and time zones.
  • Outstanding project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying product roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting.
  • Excellent skills in Jira or similar agile project management tools.
Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, including customers, business managers, and the development team, to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team always works on the most impactful tasks. Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Agile Delivery: Responsible for ensuring the delivery of projects, fostering an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the deliverables meet the quality standards and that user experiences are consistent.
  • Team Coordination: Engage with engineering teams (offshore) in various time zones to plan and develop and deploy products on time and within the scope.
